Introduction

We are a fun group, comprised of those with HR responsibilities in Arizona businesses, as well as vendors whose companies serve HR needs. The atmosphere is comfortable, with regulars and newcomers all welcome.We schedule presenters on a variety of topics; group members offer the benefit of their own experiences, as well as posing questions during the sessions. It is interactive, sociable and informative.

Our mission statement

To provide information, training, tools and support for ASBA members (and guests) in need of Human Resource, people and compliance information critical to their businesses. To provide this support in a congenial setting, utilizing ASBA and HR Roundtable members and vendors, whenever appropriate. To facilitate an understanding of the unique challenges in Human Resources through interactive, on-going communication among Roundtable members.
