- A dedicated server also provides much more control over security with very minimal effort and no additional software. Restrictions help stop unapproved software installation and protect against viruses and other attacks. Today with lower costs a server contributes to a more efficient business.
- Usually with improvised networks there is no cohesive backup strategy to counter fire or theft are responsible for backing up their own data …yeah right! Preventing Slips, Trips and Falls

Most employers think that employee falls are something that is unforeseeable and unpreventable. Or it is believed that only falls from a higher level are likely to cause serious injury or death. Amazingly, both of the preceding statements are false. Slips, trips and falls remain high on the list of common and costly workplace accidents, and some workers are seriously injured or die from what would appear to be relatively minor hazards. This seminar will identify the main causes of workplace falls and present solutions to this very common problem. Employers are encouraged to attend even if falls have not been a frequent issue within their workplaces because slips, trips and falls often happen when and where they are least expected and require constant vigilance to prevent the injuries and death that sometimes accompany the accidents. Presented by Harold Gribow, MS, CSP, ARM and Safety Program Consultant for ASBA.
