The community platform is designed similarly to Facebook or LinkedIn, you have to be "friends" or connected to other members in order to see their posts or to send messages. Register for ASBA's in-person and virtual networking events. All events are discounted or free for ASBA members. Stay engaged and connected. Follow up with the team on the values included in your membership level, like social media posts.

No, ASBA is careful about protecting members' contact information from solicitors. As a member of ASBA, you are welcome to utilize the tools in our community platform to connect and engage with other members of ASBA.

Association dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please be advised that 3.5% of your dues, which represent that portion used to monitor and influence legislation, are non-deductible for business purposes. We suggest you contact your tax advisor for specific guidance.
